These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Lakeside Stay's.you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in Time: 02:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
2. Booking & Payment
To confirm a reservation, an advance payment is required. The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours: 50% charge of the first night's stay.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund will be provided.
4. Guest Conduct
Peaceful Stay: Mehmaanon se nivedan hai ki wo hotel mein shanti banaye rakhein. Raat 10:00 baje ke baad tej sangeet ya shor machana mana hai taaki baaki guests ko pareshani na ho.
Illegal Activities: Hotel ke premises mein kisi bhi tarah ki gair-kanooni gatividhi (illegal activities) sakht mana hai. Aisa paye jaane par management ko turant action lene ka adhikaar hai.
5. Liability
Personal Belongings: Hotel management aapke keemti saaman (valuables/jewelry/cash) ki chori ya ghum hone ka zimmedar nahi hoga. Hum har room mein safety ka dhyan rakhte hain, par saaman ki hifazat guest ki apni zimmedari hai.
Property Damage: Agar guest dwara hotel ki kisi property (furniture, electronics, linen) ko nuksan pahunchaya jata hai, toh uska harjana guest ko check-out se pehle bharna hoga.
Natural Events: Nainital ek hilly area hai, isliye mausam ya kisi natural disaster ki wajah se hone wali kisi bhi deri ya nuksan ke liye hotel zimmedar nahi hoga.
6. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: Kisi bhi tarah ke vivad (dispute) ki sthiti mein, mamla sirf Nainital, Uttarakhand ke nyayalaya (courts) ke adhikaar kshetra (jurisdiction) mein hi suljhaya jayega.
Compliance: Hotel Uttarakhand Tourism aur local authorities ke sabhi niyamon ka palan karta hai.
